You are welcome to visit our showroom at our main warehouse (please see below map for directions).

Opening Times: 9am until 4pm (Strictly Last Entry) - Monday to Friday Only (Closed Weekends).
Please note we are closed on Bank Holidays, during the Christmas Period and when we are exhibiting at Spring and Autumn Fair. If unsure please email or call us first to confirm our opening times. 
 
New Customers:
  • On your first pre-arranged visit you will need to bring proof of trade with you.
  • This will need to be a business cheque book/credit card or business rates demand, invoice from another supplier, together with a business card. The name of the business must be on all proof of trade. (a business card only will not suffice).
  • We only sell to companies allied to our trade so if this is not obvious from your documents please contact the sales office prior to your visit.
  • Please note only 2 persons per business are allowed entry at any one time.
  • No children under 16.    
  • We accept BACS, Debit or Credit Cards as payment methods (please not that there is still a 1.5% credit card surcharge in operation for B2B customers). We do not accept cheques. Thank you.
  • Initial purchase for retailers is strictly £375+VAT (Small Items Only) and £550 net (Furniture/Bulky Items). 

Existing Customers (who have fully completed an order that meets the above thresholds):

  • Subsequent purchases - strictly minimum £200+VAT. 
  • 5% discount can be taken on orders over £375+VAT (*Discount does not apply to Cash/Carry items / warehouse only  offers or seconds).
  • IMPORTANT: All cash & carry orders must be completed 100% online or via email at least two working days prior to your visit to avoid lenghty waiting times (some additions can be made when collecting your order, e.g. if viewing new items for the first time, purchasing clearance or seconds lines). 
  • Please note that our busiest day is Monday and it is advisable to avoid collection on this day. This is to benefit both parties and to enable quicker turn around times.
