DELIVERIES MUST BE EXAMINED (PARCELS COUNTED) ON RECEIPT AND ANY DAMAGED PACKAGING, OBVIOUSLY BROKEN GOODS SIGNED FOR AS SUCH WITH CARRIERS. ANY DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NON-DELIVERED GOODS MUST BE REPORTED IN WRITING WITH ALL RELEVANT DETAILS WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY (TIME BEING OF THE ESSENCE), OTHERWISE NO LIABILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE ALWAYS QUOTE ACCOUNT, INVOICE AND PRODUCT NUMBERS. ANY PROBLEMS WILL BE REPLACED/CREDITED ON NEXT DELIVERY. DAMAGES WILL ONLY BE CREDITED / REPLACED IF RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
DAMAGES / RETURNS FOR PALLET ORDERS
Please note you must hold onto your pallet and original packaging until You are satisfied your goods are in good condition. We only accept returns if received in original packaging. If you have disposed of the pallet we have no way to collect the items and will not be able to offer any refunds.
Any non delivered items or damages must be notified by email within 2 working days. In the case of goods for credit may need a digital picture to claim against or carriers or suppliers. In the case of large bulky goods we will ask you to help us out by accepting discount and selling at a reduced price or making repair.
